Stacy Philippou is the President and CEO overseeing day-to-day operations as well as setting strategic plans for the company.
Stacy graduated from Punahou School and then attended The University of Arizona where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies. She worked for the computer software company, Intuit, for 16 years in Technical Support, Forecasting and Capacity Planning, and Program Management domestically and internationally. While working at Intuit she returned back to The University of Arizona to obtain her Masters in Business Administration. She moved back to Hawaii to work in the family business and joined Avalon Group in 2016 in their Property Management division.

Howard K.O. Chong, Jr. was the founder of Healani Land Company providing years of knowledge and experience in the Hawaii construction business and real estate development.
Howard Chong graduated from Punahou School in 1960 and went to Nicoles College in Worchester, MA where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business. He eventually returned to Hawaii to work in the family business, City Mill, that was founded by his grandfather, C.K. Ai. In 1990, Howard had an opportunity to trade his shares in City Mill for the Primo Brewery warehouse and beer garden. It was at that time the Healani Land Company was founded.
Howard Chong was also a former President of the Building Industry Association and Republican Chairman of Hawaii.
